Henny & Coco ships worldwide, and we aim to get you your items as quickly as possible! Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days.
Please note orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Henny & Coco is not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect address. We will provide you with a tracking number for all orders so you can track your lovely items whenever you need!
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any adjustments.

Henny & Coco cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes and is not liable for delayed shipments due to couriers or customs. All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these additional charges and we cannot accept a return or refund of any goods if these charges are not paid.
Please note the shipping charges do not include any importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s adventure to your front door.
The Henny & Coco return policy has been carefully thought out, and we believe 10 days is ample time to spend with our merchandise. If you would like to return a purchase, please do so within the ten-day return policy. We cannot accept returns after this time.
Returns can only be issued on unworn merchandise with the original tags and packaging still attached within 10 days of customer receipt. If you would like to schedule a return, please email email@example.com within 10 days of your delivery date.
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original payment method, less the shipping charges and re-stocking fee.
Please note: The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Any returns sent back to Henny & Coco without authorization from us, or sent COD will be refused. Henny & Coco will not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit during the return shipping process.
Please note: Card refunds may take up to 15 business days to complete. This depends entirely on the processing time of your financial institution. Refund processing times can vary greatly, and unfortunately we have no control over this.
Please note: All international purchases are final. ALL Sale and Clearance merchandise is final sale. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of any hair accessories unless faulty at this time.
Please note: Customs duties and sales taxes are non refundable.
Exchanges are subject to our ten-day return policy and stock availability.
There is a $5.00 re-stocking fee on all exchanges.

We have done our very best to ensure an accurate color description of our products listed on the Henny & Coco website. However computer monitor displays vary greatly, and so we cannot ensure that colors will be 100% accurate in person
DAMAGED OR FAULTY MERCHANDISE
We inspect every item that arrives to the Henny & Coco warehouse, however if you receive merchandise that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: items damaged from standard “wear and tear” are not considered defective or fault, and are not eligible for a return or refund.
